Gluten Free No Bake Cheesecake ????
1 pack of Pumpberry Cookies @ padanglima.id
2 tablespoons butter, melt
227 grams of cream cheese
80 grams of white sweetened condensed milk (can be added if you want it sweeter)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 pieces of Blackmond Cookies @ padanglima.id for toping.
Ways of making
- For the base, destroy Pumpberry cookies until they are flaky
- Enter the melted butter, stir well
- take the cookie mixture and put it in the mold. Press the dough until it is even. Chill in the refrigerator while we make cheesecake
- To make cheesecake, put creamcheese in a mixer bowl, then add lemon juice. Mix until the creamcheese texture turns creamy
- Enter the sweetened condensed milk, mixer again until the creamy mixture
- Remove the base cookies from the refrigerator, put cream cheese on top of the base mixture. Smooth it out
- store in the refrigerator overnight
