Es TELANG with GLUTEN FREE BUBBLE TEA

Ingredients :
 
Bubble:
• 2 tablespoons of Ladang Lima cassava flour
• 2 tablespoons of canna starch flour
• 1 tsp dark charcoal
• a pinch of sea salt
• 100 ml of boiling water
• water to boil
• 2 tablespoons of liquid sugar boil with 100 ml of water. .
Milk Tea:
• 2 tablespoons of Telang Ginger Tea.
• 500 ml of water
• 500 ml of almond milk
• 3 tablespoons liquid sugar

How to make :
 
Bubble:
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, charcoal and sea salt until blended. Add boiling water little by little. knead until smooth and chewy. .
