Material :
100 gr cassava pasta fusilli @
150gr small minced chicken meat
1 pcs tomato, chopped small
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 sliced onion
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
Oregano to taste
Oil to taste
For sprinkles:
Grated shredded mozzarella cheese
celery and oregano leaves
1. Boil fusilli with a little oil until al dente is cooked, drain & set aside.
2. Saute garlic & onion with oil until fragrant, add tomatoes, saute briefly.
3. Enter the minced chicken meat, ground pepper, salt, sugar, oregano cook until the meat is cooked.
4. Enter the fusilli, add tomato sauce and chili sauce stir all evenly, taste correction.
5. Prepare a heat-resistant container, pour into a container, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano and celery on top
6. Bake until all the mozzarella is melted, serve with chili sauce.
