Gluten Free Crispy Mushroom.
Material:
- 100 grams of oyster mushrooms
- 75 grams of gluten free cassava flour from @ padanglima.id.
- 35 grams of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of pepper
- 1 egg, shake it off
- 25 ml of ice water
- the oil for frying

Ways of making:
✔ Mix gluten free cassava flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, garlic powder and pepper. Stir well.
✔ shake the eggs, mix with ice water. Shake again for a while
✔ dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture, then add it to the flour mixture
✔ fry until golden yellow
