Material :
200 grams of fillet tuna, cut into lengthwise squares

Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar

Ways of making
- Put the tuna in a container that can be closed. Sprinkle with versatile seasoning flour. Shake until the entire surface of the fish is coated with flour (just don't need to be too thick) - heat the oil, fry the fish until brownish yellow. Drain well
- in another pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil
- add onion and garlic, saute until fragrant
