Crispy Omelet Sambal Matah

Egg material:

2 eggs
Wet Flour:
3sdm multipurpose flour @
Solution with water until the mixture is rather runny.

Dry flour:
4sdm multipurpose flour @

Ingredients for Sun Sambal:
15 pcs of cayenne pepper, sliced
15 pcs of red chili, sliced
10 shallots, sliced
3 btg lemongrass take the white part, sliced
5 more orange leaves discarded and sliced
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1sdt sugar
3 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to make :
1. Shake the eggs and scramble them on a Teflon pan. After cooking, cut 8 parts, like pizza (or to taste), set aside.
2. Take a dip of egg into the wet flour, then paste it into the dry flour.
3. Fry with hot oil, drain.
4. In a bowl mixed with chili, shallot, lemongrass, orange leaf. Add salt, sugar. Stir it up.
