UDANG GORENG FLOUR (Gluten Free)
250 gr Shrimp
75gr Versatile flour flour @ padanglima.id
25gr rice flour
1 egg white
1 lime fruit
How to make :
1. Clean the shrimp, peel the skin leaving the tail, remove the dirt using a toothpick. I stole the juice of lime juice, let stand about 30 minutes
2. Roll the shrimp into a mixture of multipurpose flour and rice flour, then dip it in a beaten egg whites then roll it back in flour with a little kneading2, do it until the shrimp run out
3. Fry in hot oil until cooked.
Serve with chili sauce.
