Gluten Free Cake Donut
(Vegan, Dairy Free)

Bahan

Bahan kering:
1 cup tepung gluten free @ladanglima
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 cup coconut sugar

.

Bahan basah:
2 sdm Apple cedar vinegar/perasan lemon
1/2 cup coconut milk/almond milk
2 sdm coconut oil
1 sdt vanilla ekstrak

Ganache
- Non dairy chocolate (lelehkan)

.

Cara membuat
- Campur bahan kering, aduk-aduk, sisihkan
- Campur bahan basah, aduk hingga rata
- Masukkan bahan kering aduk rata lagi
- Tuang ke cetakan donat
- Oven suhu 170 derajat kurang lebih 15 menit (sesuai kan oven masing-masing)
